It glides quickly through the water without too much effort on behalf of the paddler; however there are some drawbacks worth noting before making a purchase decision. The most obvious one being that the seat sits in a non-draining well which means your bottom will remain wet throughout your journey! Additionally, there are several molded areas of the deck that capture and retain water as well as an inadequate seatback providing little support.

That said, I think this is still an excellent option if you plan on sticking to calmer waters such as lakes or bays where waves won't be an issue due to its low freeboard height (though heavier people may want to look elsewhere). Plus, at such an affordable price point it’s hard not to recommend this product - especially if you're just getting into kayaking or don't need all the bells and whistles found in more expensive models.

In my experience using various different types of kayaks so far (including inflatable ones), I have found that the Sentinel X100 offers by far the best comfort levels thanks largely due to its stable foot rests compared with other models I’ve tried out previously. Furthermore it also moves decently despite being relatively lightweight meaning I can easily take it off my car roof without help should I need too – although grip points could be improved here since currently only one exists per side.
